Enroll in one of my classes and discover the healing power of fermented foods.  During the class you learn and make your own 1/2 gallon jar of a delicious healing ferment.  I teach you how to make the ferment in class, then you take it home, ferment, eat and re-ferment with the new skills learned.  Class is held once a month in person and Online simultaneously, all you have to do is sign up and come prepared to participate and learn. Learning by doing has always been my mode of teaching. It get’s you up and moving as you learn more detailed information needed for your new healthy lifestyle.

February FerMENTOR Class - Healthy Heart Cultures

Now before you go turning your nose up, have you ever had good homemade sauerkraut? 

I'm not talking about the stuff you find in the supermarket that is white, bland with no flavor, or in a jar or can.  I'm talking about healing homemade sauerkraut that is made with lots of vegetables and spices.

Making sauerkraut is as easy as 1-2-3.  All you need is Cabbage, Salt and Spring water.

So, what can you expect from this class?  I will show you the special secret of  making your sauerkraut one that your family and friends will ask for time and again.  During this class I will not only show you how to make sauerkraut, but how you can use it to add flavor and nutrition to meals and snacks.
