3-month Gut & Hormone Health

This program is designed for those women who feel they don't have the time commitment for a full 6-month program, but would still like to begin developing healthy habits and changes to their current lifestyle. We work together on developing lifestyle habits that help improve your health.  The Glorious Gut Health program will guide you through a basic understanding of foods your body and gut will need to heal and reach your health goals.  Poor food choices usually ends in poor gut health and debilitating diseases.  We will also take a look at other influences in your life that also contribute to a unhealthy body.  Each program is tailored to meet your specific health concerns and to bring your body into balance and health.  Each module provides easy to understand practical steps to developing healthy habits, recipes and healing information for you to use in your journey to a healthier you.
