Green Breakfast Juice

Prep Time

30 minutes

Prep Notes

A delicious way to start your morning.  The stalks and leaves from  the carrots, like beets, are extremely nutritious and filled with chlorophyll, which will boost your energy and strengthen your body against disease.  Packed full of vitamins C, and A, along with potassium and carotenoids, this is a great juice to have with your morning meal.

NOTE:  This recipe does require a Juicer (agar type or centrifuge) which is not the same as a blender.

Fresh bunch of carrots with tops (one with 5-6 carrots)

1 medium sized cucumber

1-2 Stalks of celery

  2. feed the vegetables, ginger and lemon into your juicer.

Notes

You can use a small bunch of fresh parsley instead of the stalks from your carrots, (especially if they are topless) if you prefer.
