This easy 3-ingredient Chia Pudding can be made with any non-dairy milk, chia seeds and sweetener of your choice; it's a healthy snack loaded with protein, fiber and healthy fats!

Place the following ingredients into ONE pint sized canning jar.
1/2 cup Almond milk or any other non dairy milk
2 Tbsp Chia seeds
1 tsp Honey or Agave
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
Small fruits for topping (berries or chopped peaches are great!)
1. Pour ingredients into a canning jar with lid and mix well. Let settle for 2-3 minutes then mix again very well until you see no clumping of the seeds.
2. Cover the jar using the lid screwed on loosely and store in the fridge overnight or for at least 2 hours
3. When you're ready to eat it, top with your favorite fruit and enjoy cold!!
Substitutes: you can use any milk of choice. You can also add a tablespoon of cocoa powder if you want a chocolate flavor.
Storage: Store the chia pudding in a mason jar or other glass jar for up to 1 week in the fridge.
Product Reference: Using a wide mouth pint sized canning jar allows for plenty of room for fruit to be put on top of your pudding.
