Almond & Avocado Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk

1 Tbsp Vanilla-flavored Protein Powder

2 Tbsp Almond Butter

1/2 medium ripe Avocado

1 Tbsp raw Honey

1/2 medium banana 

1 cup ice cubes (optional)

Directions

Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender for 60 seconds or until smooth

Notes

Using frozen bananas works to make this drink cold instead of adding ice.  If it is too thick to drink you can pour it into a bowl or add more nut milk and blend again for about 5-10 seconds.
